국내 배송 (대한민국)

  • 택배사: 롯데택배
  • 배송 지역: 전국 (대한민국 전 지역)
  • 배송비: 3,000원 / 50,000원 이상 구매 시 무료배송
  • 배송기간: 결제 완료 후 1~3영업일 (월–금, 공휴일 제외)

International

  • Couriers: DHL / EMS / UPS / FedEx (selected by destination & parcel weight/volume)
  • Free Shipping: Free over USD $130
  • Rates & ETA: Automatically calculated at checkout by destination and parcel weight/volume, and may vary depending on country and customs conditions.
  • Duties/Taxes: Any import duties, VAT, and taxes charged by the destination country are payable by the customer.
  • Notes: Remote areas may incur surcharges. Customs delays are not included in the estimated delivery time.

General Notes

  • Delays or stockouts may occur due to high demand, supply issues, or customs. If the timeline exceeds the standard window, we will notify you individually.
  • For refused/undeliverable packages or address errors, round-trip shipping and reshipment fees may be charged.

  • Defective/incorrect item: Request within 7 days of receipt

교환·반품 비용 및 방법

  • 국내(단순 변심): 왕복 배송비 6,000원 고객 부담
  • 국내(불량/오배송): 무료 (지정 택배사 이용 시)
  • International: Return shipping and any duties/taxes are customer’s responsibility - For defects/wrong items, we bear the cost (email approval required beforehand).

환불 안내

  • 상품 수령 및 검수 완료 후 3~5영업일 이내 원결제 수단으로 환불됩니다.
  • 초기 배송비 및 해외 결제 수수료, 관세 등은 환불되지 않습니다. (단, 불량 또는 오배송의 경우 예외적으로 환불 가능)
  • 네이버페이 주문 건: 동일 상품/옵션 교환만 가능하며, 플랫폼 정책상 환불이나 옵션 변경은 제한될 수 있습니다.

Refunds

  • Refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Initial shipping fees and any bank/card
  • international fees or customs charges are non-refundable (except for defects/wrong items).
  • Naver Pay orders: Exchanges only for the same product/option; refunds/option changes may be limited by the platform.

반품 불가 항목

  • 단순 변심(3일) 또는 불량/오배송(7일) 요청 기간이 지난 경우
  • 착용, 세탁, 오염, 훼손, 수선, 택·라벨 제거, 구성품 누락된 경우
  • 주문 제작/한정 상품, 사은품 누락, 부주의 또는 고의로 인한 손상

Non-returnable Items

  • Past the 3-day (change of mind) or 7-day (defect/wrong) window
  • Worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered; tags/labels removed; components missing
  • Made-to-order/limited items; missing promotional gifts; damage due to misuse/negligence
